Payment questions
What if my payment fails?
If your card is declined or the payment does not complete, no charge will be applied. You can try again with a different card or contact the clinic and we will arrange another payment method.
Can I get a refund?
Initial consultations are fully refundable with two working days' notice of any changes or cancellations. The treatment plan is non-refundable once treatment has started. For specifics, see our pricing page or contact the clinic.
Do I need to pay before my consultation?
The initial consultation fee is payable on booking. The treatment plan is payable on the day of, or within 2 weeks of, your first appointment. Tests and medications are billed separately as you receive them.
Why is my card form on a different domain?
For your security, your card details are entered on PaymentPlus's domain rather than ours. PaymentPlus is an Irish payment processor with PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. NeoFertility never sees or stores your card number, only confirmation that the payment succeeded.
