About cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This site also keeps small amounts of data in your browser to remember your choices and, where you have accepted analytics cookies, to measure how the site is used. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or tracking across other websites.
Cookies we set
These are set by the website itself so that it works as intended.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| nf_geo | The country reported for your connection, so the right regional notice is shown | 24 hours |
| nf_geo_cat | Groups that country into a region, for the same purpose | 24 hours |
| intake_token | Lets you return to a part-completed patient intake form | 7 days |
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. Its cookies are set only if you accept. If you decline, or before you choose, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals that carry no identifier and cannot recognise you between pages or visits; nothing is stored on your device.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells one visitor from another | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Keeps track of a single visit | 2 years |
Analytics never receives your name, your contact details, or anything you typed into a form.
With your consent we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised page interactions (where people click and scroll) so we can see where the site is confusing. It sets its own cookies only after you accept, and it is never loaded on our payment pages.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement service from the company that already delivers this website. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify or profile visitors; it simply counts page visits in aggregate, so it runs for every visitor and needs no consent choice.
Third-party content
Our payment page embeds a card payment form served by PaymentPlus, which may set its own cookies. The maps on our contact and location pages load tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and sets no cookies. Their own notices apply to both.
Managing your consent
A consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and none are set until you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and stored data in your browser, and the banner will appear again on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though blocking all cookies may affect how the site works.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our use of cookies changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
